What is quality?
With so many companies and brands saying their services and products are quality, how do we know whether they really are? It seems like the meaning of true quality is being diluted. When it comes to sofas, it’s not just how they look on the outside. It’s also how they’re made on the inside. So, how do we define quality when it comes to the G Plan Vintage collection?
A meticulous process
At G Plan, it takes many hours to create each item of furniture. Every piece goes through a careful 21-stage design and development process. The G Plan range bears the personal signature of the upholsterer that handcrafted it, whilst our G Plan Vintage range, features a pewter vintage badge fitted to the finished piece as mark of quality. That’s craftsmanship.
The finest materials
We only use responsibly sourced hardwood for all load-bearing areas for superior strength, and hardwearing serpentine springs for endurance, ensuring each item stands the test of time. That’s durability.
The Comfort Panel
We take comfort seriously. That’s why we have a dedicated Comfort Panel that rigorously tests every design. Made up of men and women of a wide range of ages, shapes and sizes, it’s our way of making sure that whoever you are, you can enjoy complete relaxation. That’s comfort.
Our promise to you
Over the years, we’ve created some of the most enduring and iconic furniture of the 20th century and we still do today. In fact, we’re so confident in the quality of our work that every piece comes with a 10-year frame and spring guarantee. That’s trustworthiness. That’s how we define quality.
